Ancient Laci - kitchen - tasting history

What flavours did the Romans like?

Find out more at Gergő Váczi's (ORMA Bakery) mobile oven, where authentic tarts are baked, and Bálint Fazekas' (creative chef) special sauces, which combine wild herbs from the Mecsek with Roman recipes. The spectacular demonstration will conclude with a tasting - a bite of the past that will stimulate all the senses.
