Shoppers can buy products from bakeries, milk and cheese sellers, wine tasters and other producers. The event will also feature sourdough bakeries, milk and cheese vendors, wine merchants, as well as vegetable vendors, local producers selling oil and seeds, sweet shops and pizza bakers. There will also be a selection of local and regional artisan products.

During the concert, the musicians will work with musical material that has a common basis in variability and the possibility of using a free musical language.
