The reconstruction of the Roman market, or macellum, helps visitors to experience the bustle of the ancient market. Shoppers can buy products from bakeries, milk and cheese sellers, wine tasters and other producers. The event will also feature sourdough bakeries, milk and cheese vendors, wine merchants, as well as vegetable vendors, local producers selling oil and seeds, sweet shops and pizza bakers. There will also be a selection of local and regional artisan products.
Ball games, dice throwing and popular board games of antiquity await visitors to the special playground of the ExperienceTar Classroom. Physical and mental challenges that entertain and educate at the same time - just like in the ancient Roman forums!
